• 3–5 years of experience in real estate market research, property analysis, or real estate financial analysis, ideally within strategy, advisory, or consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Assist the consulting team on real estate strategy assignments: market research, financial analysis, report writing, presentations, and meetings.
• Support delivery of strategy engagements: market and demand-supply assessments, feasibility studies, and investment strategy.
• Work across residential, office, retail and hospitality assets for developers, investors, funds and public sector clients.
• Conduct market research (supply pipeline, rents, prices, yields) and synthesize findings into insights.
• Build and check financial models to test viability of development and investment options.
• Prepare detailed market study reports, client pitches, and proposals with clear methodologies and credentials.
• Contribute to business development and marketing initiatives as needed.
• Produce clear write-ups for client reports and consultancy assignments.
• Report to Operations Lead - Consulting and assignment leads.

Responsibilities

• Assist the consulting team on real estate strategy assignments; key tasks include market research, financial analysis, report writing, presentations, and participation in internal and external meetings
• Support delivery of strategy engagements, including market and demand-supply assessments, highest and best use, feasibility studies and investment strategy
• Work across residential, office, retail and hospitality assets, including mixed-use schemes, for developers, investors, funds and public sector clients
• Conduct market research (supply pipeline, rents, prices, yields, benchmarking) and synthesize findings into clear insights
• Build and check financial models to test the viability of development and investment options
• Preparation of detailed market study reports, client pitches, presentations and proposals, including approach, methodology and credentials.
• Contribute to the successful execution of other business development and marketing initiatives as needed
• Produce clear, succinct write-ups on the market to be included within client reports and consultancy assignments.
• Report to the Operations Lead - Consulting as well as to the respective assignment leads on an ongoing basis
