Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist the consulting team on real estate strategy assignments; key tasks include market research, financial analysis, report writing, presentations, and participation in internal and external meetings
• Support delivery of strategy engagements, including market and demand–supply assessments, highest and best use, feasibility studies and investment strategy
• Work across residential, office, retail and hospitality assets, including mixed-use schemes, for developers, investors, funds and public sector clients
• Conduct market research (supply pipeline, rents, prices, yields, benchmarking) and synthesize findings into clear insights
• Build and check financial models to test the viability of development and investment options
• Preparation of detailed market study reports, client pitches, presentations and proposals, including approach, methodology and credentials.
• Contribute to the successful execution of other business development and marketing initiatives as needed
• Produce clear, succinct write-ups on the market to be included within client reports and consultancy assignments.
• Report to the Operations Lead - Consulting as well as to the respective assignment leads on an ongoing basis

• Working knowledge of real estate market metrics and of feasibility studies

• Efficiently use words to communicate complex ideas

Experience: Previous background in real estate market research, property analysis, or real estate financial analysis, ideally within real estate strategy, advisory, or consultancy. 3-5 years' experience in real estate sector preferred

Education: Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field preferred
