Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Gurugram is seeking a Real Estate Strategy Analyst to support market research, financial analysis, and strategy deliverables across asset classes, including residential, office, retail, and hospitality. You will contribute to client pitches, market studies, and investment insights.

The role requires 3–5 years in real estate, strong English communication, and a Master’s degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in real estate sector preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist the consulting team on real estate strategy assignments; tasks include market research, financial analysis, report writing, presentations, and meetings.
• Support delivery of strategy engagements, including market/demand-supply assessments, feasibility studies, and investment strategy.
• Work across residential, office, retail and hospitality assets for developers, investors, funds and public sector clients.
• Prepare market study reports, client pitches, and proposals with clear methodology and credentials.
• Contribute to business development and marketing initiatives as needed.
• Produce clear market write-ups for client reports and consultancy assignments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist the consulting team on real estate strategy assignments; key tasks include market research, financial analysis, report writing, presentations, and participation in internal and external meetings
• Support delivery of strategy engagements, including market and demand–supply assessments, highest and best use, feasibility studies and investment strategy
• Work across residential, office, retail and hospitality assets, including mixed‑use schemes, for developers, investors, funds and public sector clients
• Conduct market research (supply pipeline, rents, prices, yields, benchmarking) and synthesize findings into clear insights
• Build and check financial models to test the viability of development and investment options
• Preparation of detailed market study reports, client pitches, presentations and proposals, including approach, methodology and credentials.
• Contribute to the successful execution of other business development and marketing initiatives as needed
• Produce clear, succinct write‑ups on the market to be included within client reports and consultancy assignments.
• Report to the Operations Lead - Consulting as well as to the respective assignment leads on an ongoing basis

Experience:

• Previous background in real estate market research, property analysis, or real estate financial analysis, ideally within real estate strategy, advisory, or consultancy.
• 3-5 years' experience in real estate sector preferred

Education:

• Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field preferred
