Job summary

Sagility in BLR (Surya Wave Building, India) is seeking a Senior Analyst-Reporting & Analytics to design and develop reports and dashboards, maintain MIS, and deliver workforce insights. The role requires 2–3 years in reporting, data analysis, and project management, with strong BI tool knowledge.

You will work closely with Operations, own end-to-end reporting, and communicate insights for timely, accurate SLAs across sites.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in reporting, data analysis and project/client management.
• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Experience with BI tools and data visualization is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Operations for daily, weekly & monthly reports.
• Own end-to-end reporting and MIS delivery with timeliness and accuracy.
• Develop, maintain, and publish dashboards and KPI tracking for operational metrics.
• Design reports, scorecards, dashboards, and ad hoc analysis for workforce insights.
• Develop and optimize BI dashboards, reports, data models, and data flows.
• Communicate insights to stakeholders to meet SLA on timeliness and quality.
• Support transformation initiatives in Reporting and MIS.
• Lead meetings and develop agenda for Ops and Support to review performance.
• Present viewpoints on operational metrics based on reports and dashboards.

Education :

Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Experience :

2-3 years of experience in reporting, data analysis and project/client management.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Work closely with Operations for daily, weekly & monthly reports.

• Own end-to-end reporting and MIS delivery for multiple processes. Be responsible for ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of the entire reports.

• Develop, maintain, and publish Performance Dashboards and KPI tracking for relevant operational metrics, at all levels (employee to Site Leader) and all sites.

• Design reports, scorecards, dashboards, and ad hoc analysis that deliver workforce insights and KPIs.

• Develop and optimize BI Dashboards, Reports, Data Models, and data flows.

• Communicate effectively and provide deep insights to various stakeholders to help meet the required SLA on timeliness and quality.

• Support transformation initiatives in the Reporting and MIS domain.

• Lead meeting and develop agenda for Ops and Support functions to review performance and efficiency.

• Present point of view on operational metrics (performance and efficiency) based on reports and dashboards being generated.

Mandatory Skills :

• Skilled in client handling and proactive communication with the customers.

Preferred Skills :

• Tableau report experience - Server knowledge and expertise to the team on how to build and maintain Tableau Server dashboards and reports.
• Data quality / governance experience.
• Knowledge of data base concepts, data model design and development concepts.
• Solid understanding of WFM fundamentals.
• Fair knowledge on Reporting automation via BI, ML, AI etc.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel, Power BI, SQL and database concepts.
