Deputy Manager – Reporting & Analytics

Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert on identification and interpretation of trends and insights related to workforce planning.
- Perform statistical analyses and forecasting techniques to glean critical insights and trends.
- Monitor implementation of work activities of team members qualitatively and quantitatively.
- Review personal development through mutual discussions and coaching.
- Manage multiple clients, planners and schedules to ensure consistency & quality of output across regions or globally.
- Coordinate with operational & WFM leadership to confirm effectiveness of WFM support and identify opportunities.
- Drive knowledge sharing across geographic regions to promote consistency in process execution & support delivery.
- Develop organizational strategies around default system configurations, training and other critical WFM disciplines.
- Ensure innovation & improvement activities are applied across WFM disciplines to establish delivery consistency.
- Build strong and sustained relationships with operational and WFM leaders.
- Develop and maintain strong communication lines between WFM and Operations.
- Manage expectations of internal customers, increase satisfaction, address complaints.
- Promote WFM to others within the organization and provide continuous coaching and training for direct reports.
- Determine requirements, conditions and targets for the department or area of responsibility.
- Review performance of clients based on defined WFM metrics and ensure improvement plans are implemented.
- Develop, set and review annual goals and plans aligned with the department’s annual plan.
- In charge of troubleshooting and problem solving.
- Ensure processes and documentation are fulfilled as intended and in accordance with Sagility standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred).
- 10–15 years of experience in workforce analytics, planning, forecasting, and/or workforce management with a large global call center.
- Excellent communication skills, including ability to write concise technical documents and present ideas.
- Passion for numbers and data analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to work with other WFM teams.
- Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Strong Excel skills and experience with third‑party capacity planning tools.
- Strong quantitative, qualitative, analytical, presentation and communication skills to communicate actionable insights, trends, and data.
- Ability to filter large amounts of complex data to identify interdependencies and meaningful patterns.
- Solid understanding of WFM fundamentals.
- Proven experience designing, developing and implementing strategic workforce planning with strong focus and ability to execute in diverse/matrixed environments.
- Highly developed project management skills and proven ability to deliver organizational projects within designated timelines.

Must be a regular employee with a minimum of 2 years working experience within the WFM group. No disciplinary action higher than a First Written Warning within the past 6 months. Must meet each KPI requirement for at least 10 out of the last 12 months. Required to successfully complete the WFM Academy Program.
