Job summary

Iassess Consultants, a technology-enabled legal services company, seeks an Operational Excellence professional to support process improvement projects in Vadodara. You will analyse data, identify root causes of delays, and implement fixes under a Six Sigma Black Belt supervision.

Role involves Lean/Six Sigma applications, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with department leaders to drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced service environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Master's is a plus).
• 2 to 4 years of experience in continuous improvement and/or data analysis, preferably in a service industry.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.
• Good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, and comfort with other MS Office tools.
• Knowledge of Lean principles or other quality methods is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a results-focused approach.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

Shift: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM or 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, depending on business requirements

We are a technology-enabled legal services company that helps claimants receive their settlement payments faster, supporting law firms with settlement administration for large mass tort and class action cases.

About the role

You will support the Operational Excellence Manager on process improvement projects. The work involves gathering and analysing data, finding the real reasons behind delays and errors, putting fixes in place, and tracking whether they work. You will report to a Six Sigma Black Belt, so this is a good fit if you want hands-on project exposure.
