Job summary

IAssess Consultants LLP in Vadodara, Gujarat, seeks a focused Continuous Improvement Analyst to support the Operational Excellence Manager. You will collect and analyse data, identify root causes of delays, and drive Six Sigma and Lean-based improvements to deliver measurable results.

You will work under a Six Sigma Black Belt and gain hands-on project exposure, building robust dashboards and presenting updates to stakeholders in a fast-paced service environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (a Master's is a plus)
• 2 to 4 years of experience in continuous improvement and/or data analysis
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred
• Good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, and comfort with other MS Office tools
• Knowledge of Lean principles or other quality methods is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and a results-focused approach
• Clear verbal and written communication
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative setting

Shift: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM or 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, depending on business requirements

About The Role

You will support the Operational Excellence Manager on process improvement projects. The work involves gathering and analysing data, finding the real reasons behind delays and errors, putting fixes in place, and tracking whether they work. You will report to a Six Sigma Black Belt, so this is a good fit if you want hands-on project exposure.
