Job summary

Clarivate is seeking a Principal Operational Excellence Analyst to join the OpEx Support Team in Noida. The role focuses on Lean Six Sigma, data analytics, and digital transformation to deliver measurable improvements.

You will partner with senior leaders, manage cross-functional projects, and help scale digital solutions across the organization. This role involves leading strategic initiatives, rigorous problem-solving, and clear executive communication in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Business Transformation or related fields.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification; Master Black Belt is an advantage.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional transformation projects.
• Strong experience in stakeholder management and influencing senior leadership.
• Experience with digital transformation, automation, analytics or AI-enabled solutions.
• Strong data-driven problem-solving and analytical capability.
• Experience in project/program management and change management.
• Excellent executive communication, storytelling and presentation skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and complex business environments.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Principal Operational Excellence Analyst to join our OpEx Support Team in Noida. This is an amazing opportunity to work in an IP Operations group. The team consists of 6 members and is reporting to the Sr. Manager Business Analytics. We have a great skill set in Lean Six Sigma, data analytics, digital automation and we would love to speak with you if you have skills in Lean Six Sigma, process excellence, data & analytics, automation and digital transformation.

About You – Experience, Education, Skills, And Accomplishments

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Business Transformation or related fields.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification; Master Black Belt is an advantage.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional transformation projects.
• Strong experience in stakeholder management and influencing senior leadership.
• Experience with digital transformation, automation, analytics or AI-enabled solutions.

About The Team

The team consists of 6 members and is reporting to the Sr. Manager Business Analytics. Core process related responsibilities: Lean Six Sigma Projects, performing data & analytics, automation and digital transformation to solve complex business problems and deliver measurable improvements in productivity, quality, customer experience and cost.
The team operates at a senior stakeholder level, translating business strategy and emerging insights into transformation opportunities, strategic projects and sustainable solutions.

Hours of Work

• This is a full-time role requiring 40 working hours (excluding breaks) per week based out of Noida, India (IST).
• As a member of a global team, the expectation is that some flexibility in working hours may be needed. Some of the project and team meetings may be needed outside of normal office hours to connect with colleagues in the USA, however where possible this will be kept to a minimum.
