About the Role:

As an Operational Excellence Analyst, you'll play a key role in identifying improvement opportunities, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting transformation initiatives across the business. You'll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to streamline processes, eliminate inefficiencies, leverage automation and AI-driven solutions, and help shape a culture of continuous improvement.

What You'll Be Doing:

Process Improvement & Operational Excellence

• Conduct process assessments and operational reviews
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
• Facilitate process mapping, SIPOCs, and workflow analysis
• Apply Lean methodologies and structured problem-solving techniques
• Drive standardization and best practice adoption across teams
• Support operational excellence training and capability building initiatives

Data Analytics & Reporting

• Analyze operational performance data and business metrics
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and management reports
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data insights
• Create executive-level presentations and business reports
• Support data-driven business cases and benefits realization tracking

Transformation & Project Delivery

• Support improvement projects from planning through implementation
• Coordinate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and governance reviews
• Track project progress, risks, actions, and outcomes
• Help deliver automation and AI-enabled transformation initiatives

Continuous Improvement Culture

• Promote innovation and operational excellence across teams
• Develop SOPs, process documentation, and training materials
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement forums
