Job summary

HypTechie in Gurugram seeks an Associate – Operations Excellence to drive continuous improvement across regional operations, analyze processes, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a high-performance operations culture and lead initiatives across standardization, KPI tracking, and automation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in operations, process improvement, or business excellence.
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies (Green Belt preferred).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive process improvement initiatives across regional operations.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify gaps and opportunities.
