Job summary

NSDC in India seeks a Senior Analyst to support planning, implementation, monitoring and review of skill development and livelihood programs. The role involves coordinating with SSCs, training partners, training centers, trainers, and internal teams to ensure timely execution and impact.

You will manage MIS and program data, prepare reports and dashboards, and drive process improvements with a focus on evidence-based decision making and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and management updates to support decision-making.
• Support the execution and monitoring of training, assessment, and certification activities.
• Ensure timely collection, validation, and accuracy of program data and documentation.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and leverage digital/AI-enabled solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Undertakes special projects and other responsibilities assigned by management.

The Senior Analyst will support the planning, implementation, monitoring, and review of skill development and livelihood programs.
