Evalueserve is seeking a Senior Analyst for Lending Services (Corporate & Commercial Banking) to support end-to-end credit processes for global banking clients. The role emphasizes financial spreading, risk assessment, and covenant monitoring, with leadership responsibilities for a team.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in corporate banking, strong accounting and credit analysis skills, and hands-on experience with lending platforms such as CreditLens, nCino, LexisNexis, or Experian.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in finance, economics, accounting or from a reputed institute with 3+ years’ experience in the similar profile.
• Strong accounting and financial skills are required.
• Experience on lending platforms or credit search platforms like CreditLens, nCino, LexisNexis, or Experian preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support bankers in end-to-end lending/credit processes.
• Perform financial spreads (PL/BS/CF) on Excel models or lending platforms.
• Calculate covenants and provide rationale for Met/Breach results.
• Conduct PD/LGD analysis and risk rating assessments.
• Verify compliance with bank transaction guidelines (DSC, FCCR, LTV, Interest cover, leverage).
• Prepare business overview and financial analysis (historical and forecast).
• Mentor and collaborate with team to ensure timely task completion.

Job description

Lending Services (Corporate & Commercial Banking) Supporting global banking clients across the end-to-end lending lifecycle, including credit underwriting, financial spreading, risk assessment, covenant monitoring, and portfolio reviews. Drive operational excellence through effective workflow management, MIS reporting, and quality delivery. The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years of corporate/commercial banking experience, strong accounting and credit analysis expertise, proven people leadership skills, and hands‑on experience with lending platforms such as CreditLens, nCino, LexisNexis, or Experian.

Responsibilities

Senior Analyst will join the Lending Services (Corporate and commercial banking) team at Evalueserve, supporting bankers in critical lending/credit processes across end-to-end lending journey such as follows:

• Financials spreading (PL, BS and CF) on excel based model or lending platform along with key credit.
• Metrics calculation.
• Performing PD/LGD spreading on risk rating platforms (Quantitative & Qualitative Parameters).
• Calculating covenants in line with facility agreements and providing detailed rationale for covenant Met/Breach results.
• Performing Annual/Quarterly or Half yearly reviews small or medium connections:
• Business Overview.
• Financial Analysis (Historical and Forecast) (Operating, Leverage & Liquidity ratios).
• PD/LGD analysis.
• Verifying/Calculating compliance against bank transaction guidelines (DSC, FCCR, LTV, Interest cover, leverage etc.) or any other sector-based guideline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree with a major in finance, economics, accounting or from a reputed institute with 3+ years’ experience in the similar profile.
