Evalueserve in Gurugram is seeking a Senior Analyst to join the Lending Services team. You will support bankers through the end-to-end lending journey, including financials spreading and covenant analysis.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support bankers in end-to-end lending processes.
• Spread financials (P/L, balance sheet and cash flow) on Excel models or lending platforms.
• Calculate covenants and provide detailed rationales.
• Perform PD/LGD analysis and risk rating tasks.
• Verify compliance with bank transaction guidelines (DSC, FCCR, LTV, etc.).
• Manage MIS and workflow; contribute to business overview analyses.
• Drive covenant performance and financial health reviews.

Role & responsibilities

Senior Analyst will join the Lending Services (Corporate and commercial banking) team at Evalueserve-

• Supporting bankers in critical lending/credit processes across end to end lending journey such as follows:
• Financials spreading (PL, BS and CF) on excel based model or lending platform along with key credit
• Must have experience in team handling, exposure to periodic MIS, Workflow management
• Metrics calculation
• Performing PD/LGD spreading on risk rating platforms (Quantitative & Qualitative Parameters)
• Calculating covenants in line with facility agreements and providing detailed rationale for covenant
• Performing Annual/Quarterly or Half yearly reviews small or medium connections:
• Business Overview - Financial Analysis (Historical and Forecast) (Operating, Leverage & Liquidity ratios)
• Covenant performance
• PD/LGD analysis
• Verifying/Calculating compliance against bank transaction guidelines (DSC, FCCR, LTV, Interest cover, leverage etc.) or any other sector-based guideline
