Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to support our Business Development team in managing new loans, bonds, and escrow mandates. This role is critical to ensuring smooth operational workflows across deal tracking, CRM data entry, and administrative coordination. The ideal candidate brings experience in loan sales/trader support and proficiency with Salesforce, coupled with a strong grasp of LSTA/LMA market standards.

Responsibilities

• Enter new mandates and pipeline data into Salesforce, maintaining accurate deal progression.
• Coordinate with finance/billing to manage project codes and invoicing workflows using Dynamics.
• Track client contacts on new deals and ensure timely follow-up with Business Development Team.
• Enter call reports, new contacts and follow-up actions into Salesforce.
• Process travel and business expenses and provide administrative assistance to the sales function.
• Maintain documentation and records across multiple internal systems.
• Assist with ad-hoc administrative and reporting tasks as required.

Skills

• Accuracy and an understanding of the business.
• Bring efficiencies into the role, ability to streamline processes and distribute information to scale.
