Job summary

Cloudxtreme in Mumbai seeks a results-driven Business Analyst specializing in lending to gather requirements for the Loan Origination System (LOS), analyze processes, and translate needs into clear functional specs.

You will partner with Salesforce developers and architects to design solutions, create user stories and use cases, support change management and training, and collaborate with QA to ensure test coverage, while driving continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, Master’s in business administration
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with expertise in the Lending domain
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
• Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and functional documentation
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
