This role will partner closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Marketing and IT teams to ensure Salesforce continues to scale with the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own day-to-day administration of Salesforce, including user management, security settings, profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
  • Configure and maintain objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, workflows, flows, and process automation.
  • Administer and support Revenue Cloud (RevCloud) or CPQ tools, including product catalogs, pricing rules, quote templates, and approval workflows.
  • Manage the quote-to-cash lifecycle configuration in partnership with Sales and Finance teams.
  • Handle data quality initiatives, including deduplication, data imports/exports, and regular audits.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support Sales, RevOps, and leadership visibility.
  • Manage integrations between Salesforce and other business systems (marketing automation, billing, support tools, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues, ensuring timely support and minimal disruption.
  • Evaluate and implement AppExchange packages and third-party tools as needed.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and proactively recommend new features to improve efficiency.
  • Document processes, configurations, and change management for audit and knowledge-sharing purposes.
  • Support user training and onboarding for new Salesforce users.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) required.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud; experience with Service Cloud is a plus.
  • Proven experience configuring flows, validation rules, approval processes, and automation (Flow Builder required; Process Builder/Workflow knowledge a plus).
  • Experience managing user access, security, and data governance best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience building reports and dashboards.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional, global stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience working in a SaaS/subscription-based business environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud (RevCloud) or a CPQ tool (Salesforce CPQ, or similar) — including product configuration, pricing, and quote/proposal generation.
  • Experience with subscription billing and renewals processes.
  • Advanced Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, CPQ Specialist, Platform App Builder).
  • Experience with integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Zapier, or similar middleware).
