Job summary

Linedata Services in Pune, India, is seeking a Team Lead for Bank Loan Settlements to lead CLO operations within the Middle Office. You will oversee CLO compliance, waterfalls, warehouse close and trade settlement activities, coordinating with trustees, custodians, and counterparties.

The role demands a strong background in CLO operations, Excel analytics, and experience with WSO Web/Par and Moody's portals. Hybrid work model with global collaboration opportunities is offered.

Qualifications

• MBA (Finance) or equivalent with 3+ years (Senior Analyst) / 5+ years (Team Lead) experience in CLO operations / structured credit.
• Hands-on experience in CLO Compliance, CLO Waterfalls, Warehouse Close support, and Loan Servicing.
• Proven track record in trade closing and settlement with ClearPar, agent banks, counterparty coordination.

Responsibilities

• Perform CLO Compliance testing and review across multiple deals and platforms.
• Calculate and analyze CLO Waterfalls, income distributions, and asset coverage tests.
• Provide support on CLO warehouse close activities, including asset transfer and reconciliations.
• Manage trade closing and settlement processes in accordance with standard procedures.
• Process loan servicing notices, including rate resets, paydowns, prepayments, and corporate actions.
• Perform daily and monthly cash and position reconciliations with custodians, trustees, and internal systems.
• Liaise with portfolio managers, trustees, agents, and counterparties to resolve discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.
• Maintain and update data in systems such as WSO Admin, WSO Web, and ClearPar.
• Extract and verify credit data from SP and Moody's portals for compliance and reporting.
• Support UAT for new functionality or system enhancements.
• Lead or assist in the documentation of new processes and internal training initiatives.

EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Expertise in cash and position reconciliations with trustees, custodians, and internal systems.
• Proficiency in the following systems/tools:
  • WSO Admin / WSO Web
  • ClearPar
  • SP and Moody s portals
• Strong analytical skills with good knowledge of Excel (macros preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Good to Have:

• Exposure to process automation or workflow improvements.
• Experience in preparing SOPs, process documentation, or training materials.
• Hands‑on experience in MIS preparation and reporting.
• Familiarity with loan agency and trustee processes.
