Job summary

Zoca Cafe is seeking a results-oriented data analyst to help scale the business by building MIS systems and dashboards that provide clear visibility into core metrics. You will turn data into actionable insights to guide growth decisions.

You will create reports tracking CAC, LTV, retention, and other key SaaS metrics, analyze financial data for profitability, and translate complex data into visual stories for leadership.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years experience in a data/analytics role at a startup or a data-first org.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis.
• Advanced Excel proficiency for financial modeling.
• Working knowledge of Python for data manipulation.
• Ability to build clear visualizations that tell a story.
• Experience building reporting systems from scratch.
