Senior Agency Manager

Location: Patna, India (East region)

Responsibilities

• Iden?fy and mo?vate poten?al candidates to enroll for becoming agents
• ? Ac?vate cer?fied agents through mobiliza?on of minimum premium in s?pulated ?me
• ? Ensure familiariza?on of the company’s products, policies and sales processes to the agents
• ? Iden?fy, communicate and agree on the premium targets with agents on various class of business &
• ? Ensure lower dormancy ra?o of ac?ve vs total agents.
• ? Maximize mobiliza?on through regular follow-ups & strengthening of rela?onships with agents
• ? Ensure constant upda?ng of agent’s knowledge on new products and underwri?ng policies
• ? Troubleshoo?ng with a) Underwri?ng team for policy approval b) Branch opera?ons team for policy issuance
• c) claims team for claims se?lement d) Finance team for ?mely disbursement of agent’s commission
