upGrad is hiring a Senior Admission Counsellor to join our Jaipur team. You will engage with prospective learners, qualify leads, and drive interest in upGrad’s programs. Role involves scheduling Video Counselling sessions and coordinating with learners and counsellors to ensure a smooth enrollment journey.

Requirement includes 2+ years in EdTech Sales, Graduation, and English fluency. The position operates on a 6-day work week with 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in EdTech Sales.
• 1 year tenure in a single organization.
• Graduation is mandatory.
• Experience with a 6-day work week.
• Currently working as an Individual Contributor (IC).
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with strong English fluency.

• Qualify leads based on interest, needs, and eligibility for upGrad’s programs.
• Build rapport and establish trust through effective communication.

• Schedule Video Counselling (VC) sessions with Admission Counsellors.
• Coordinate with learners and counsellors to ensure a smooth enrollment journey.
• Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Consistently work towards achieving individual productivity and revenue targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 2 years of experience in EdTech Sales.
• Study Abroad experience will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 1 year of tenure in a single organization.
• Graduation is mandatory.
• Prior experience working in a 6-day work week.
• Currently working as an Individual Contributor (IC).
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with strong English fluency.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to understand learner needs with patience and empathy.
• Strong persuasion and influencing skills.
• Ability to effectively engage and convince learners to attend Video Counselling sessions.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Strong follow-up and time-management skills.Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
• Minimum 300 minutes of talk time per day.
• Connect with a minimum of 80% of assigned leads daily.
• Consistently meet and exceed weekly revenue targets.
