Medusind is seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Executive in Ahmedabad to optimize AR operations and drive financial health. You will handle outbound calls to insurance carriers, follow up on claims, and collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve issues.

The role requires freshers welcome or 1+ year experience in voice-based processes, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office. Shift-based schedule, late nights and early mornings as needed, and a proactive problem-solving

As a Senior Accounts Receivable Executive, you will play a vital role in optimizing our accounts receivable operations and driving financial success. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining positive relationships with insurance carriers, clients, and internal teams. Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to insurance companies for claim status and eligibility verification.

• Maintain individual daily logs and ensure compliance with Medusind's policies and client SLAs.

• Escalate communication issues or concerns to seniors promptly, ensuring seamless operations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in accounts receivable management.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks and documentation.

Qualifications

• Freshers with a strong interest in accounts receivable management are encouraged to apply.
• 1+ year of experience in a voice-based process, preferably in a similar role, is preferred.
• Any undergraduate or graduate degree is acceptable.
