Job summary

Lead Hr Services seeks a Senior Account Executive with 5-8 years of experience in the manufacturing sector, preferably FMCG. You will manage day-to-day accounting, GST/TDS compliance, vendor payments, and monthly reconciliations.

Strong communication and team collaboration are essential to support audits and provide financial insights. Key qualifications include B.Com with PG Finance, and experience with general ledger entries, invoicing, and MIS reporting.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years experience in manufacturing sector, preferably FMCG.
• Qualification: B.Com + PG Finance.
• Experience in day-to-day accounting and general ledger entries.

Responsibilities

• Financial Accounting: manage day-to-day accounting operations including GL entries, invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
• Tax Compliance: GST, TDS filings and related statutory compliance with HO.
• Accounts Payable: invoicing, vendor payments and follow up with HO.
• Audit Support: coordinate with internal teams and provide documentation during audits.
• Reconciliation: vendor reconciliation monthly & quarterly.
• MIS Reporting: daily expenses report for plant head requirements.
• Team Collaboration: work with other depts to provide financial insights.
• Communication: English; Hindi optional for HO queries and resolutions.

Position - Senior Account Executive

Experience -5 to 8 Years in Manufacturing sector

CTC -45-50 K PM

Qualification -BCOM + PG Finance

Junior Executive Finance (1-3 Years ) 25- 30 K per month , general accounting, vendor payment , receipt, etc

Job responsibilities

1. Financial Accounting:Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including handling of general ledger entries, invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
2. Tax Compliance:Oversee GST, TDS, and other tax filings report, ensuring compliance with all statutory regulations & send to HO.
3. Accounts Payable:Manage invoicing, vendor payments, & follow up payment with HO.
4. Audit Support:Coordinate with internal department & providing necessary documentation and support during audits.
5. Reconciliation:Handle vendor reconciliation and intra reconciliation monthly & quarterly
6. MIS Reporting:Prepare daily expenses report for shoe line as per plant head requirement.
7. Team Collaboration:Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights and ensure smooth financial operations across the organization.
8. Communication Skill-Able to communicate English /Hindi optional at HO related to query & resolutions
