Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate records.
• Handle GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance and timely filing.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliation.
• Manage inventory accounting, stock reconciliation, and material records.
• Monitor manufacturing costs, product costing, and expense analysis.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, P&L, balance sheets, and MIS.
• Coordinate with auditors and internal departments for audits.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
• Utilize Tally ERP and MS Excel for accounting and reporting.

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager with a strong background in accounting and finance within the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in financial management, taxation, statutory compliance, inventory accounting, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• - Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
• - Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax compliance, and timely return filing.
• - Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation.
• - Manage inventory accounting, stock reconciliation, and raw material and finished goods records.
• - Monitor manufacturing costs, product costing, and expense analysis.
• - Prepare monthly financial statements, Profit & Loss accounts, balance sheets, and MIS reports.
• - Handle ledger scrutiny, account reconciliation, and finalization of accounts.
• - Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and relevant departments for statutory and internal audits.
• - Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.
• - Utilize Tally ERP / Tally Prime and MS Excel for accounting, reporting, and financial analysis.

Candidate Eligibility
