Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.
• 25 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance.
• Working knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, ledgers, and journal entries.
• Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
• Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and filings.
• Maintain purchase bills, sales invoices, and expense records.
• Assist in inventory accounting, stock reconciliation, and manufacturing cost tracking.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, auditors, and internal departments.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company accounting policies.
