Job summary

CSTech in Dadri (Uttar Pradesh) is seeking an Accounts Executive / Senior Accounts Executive with 3–7 years of experience in manufacturing accounting. The role covers day-to-day accounting, statutory compliance, and team coordination.

You will work with GST, TDS, bank reconciliations and ERP tools such as Tally and InfoLine, ensuring accurate financial statements and timely reporting. A driving licence is mandatory for this position.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of accounting experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
• Experience with Balance Sheet, P&L, Ledger and Trial Balance.
• Proficiency in Tally and basic ERP software.
• Driving license and valid driving license mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payments and bank transactions.
• Prepare and maintain Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Ledger, Trial Balance and other financial statements.
• Ensure GST/TDS compliance and other statutory requirements.
• Reconcile vendor and customer accounts; manage bank reconciliations.
• Lead, coordinate and guide the Accounts Team in daily activities.
• Handle invoice processing, payment entries, outstanding follow-up and account reconciliation.

Job Responsibilities & Requirements

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payments and bank transactions.
• Good knowledge of Banking Standards, GST, TDS, statutory compliances and other accounting regulations.
• Preparation and maintenance of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Ledger, Trial Balance and other financial statements.
• Working knowledge of Tally and basic understanding of accounting software/ERP such as InfoLine.
• Manage GST/TDS compliance, reconciliations, vendor/customer accounts and bank reconciliation.
• Handle invoice processing, payment entries, outstanding follow-up and account reconciliation.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel.
• Ability to lead, coordinate and guide the Accounts Team in day-to-day accounting activities.
• Candidate should have experience in a Manufacturing Industry.
• Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
