• Strong understanding of US staffing payroll, billing and accounting processes.
• Experience with W2, 1099 and C2C transactions.
• Strong knowledge of AP, AR, invoicing and collections.
• Hands-on experience with timesheet and payroll reconciliation.
• Good understanding of US accounting practices.
• Strong MS Excel skills: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas and reconciliation.
• Experience with accounting/ERP tools such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP or similar platforms.
• Experience with Bullhorn, VMS or ATS systems is an added advantage.
