SSTaxation LLP in Hyderabad (Madhapur) invites applications for a Semi-Voice Process Executive. The role involves handling international customers via calls, emails and live chat, with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Night shift work from the Madhapur office is required, and freshers as well as experienced candidates are welcome. Eligible candidates should have good English communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to explain services clearly.

Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Semi-Voice Process Executives to support international customers through calls, emails, and live chat. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle international customer queries through calls, emails, and chat.
• Make outbound calls and follow up with customers when required.
• Explain services and provide accurate information to customers.
• Resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain customer details and update the caller database.
• Follow up on pending queries and customer requests.
• Maintain proper call records and daily reports.
• Achieve assigned targets and performance goals.
• Coordinate with the internal team for timely issue resolution.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Good English communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of computers, email, and MS Office.
• Good listening, convincing, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work in night shifts from the Madhapur office.
