Job summary

Easy Facility Services in Chennai is seeking a seasoned L4 Manager to lead the Security Operations team across multiple client accounts. The role focuses on delivering quality security services, building senior-level client relationships, and driving staffing strategies for 50+ sites.

The candidate should have 5–8 years in security operations, with 2–3 years in management, and strong Tamil/English communication. MBA preferred and familiarity with Tamil Nadu Private Security Act is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing large security teams and multiple client accounts in Chennai

• Deep knowledge of Tamil Nadu Private Security Agencies Regulation Act and labour compliance
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office for reporting, budgeting, and presentations

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the complete Security Operations team - Assistant Managers, Executives, and Supervisors
• Own the security service quality and client satisfaction outcomes across all security accounts in Chennai
• Develop and implement security operations processes, guard protocols, and performance standards
• Build and maintain strong senior-level relationships with key security clients across the portfolio
• Drive security guard recruitment, deployment strategy, and manpower planning across all client sites
• Ensure full compliance - background verification, PF, ESI, Tamil Nadu minimum wages, Private Security Act
• Prepare and present monthly security operations performance reports to senior management
• Lead new security client onboarding - site risk assessment, scope definition, guard deployment
• Manage security incidents, client escalations, and service recovery with urgency and professionalism
• Identify and implement operational improvements that enhance security service quality and efficiency
• Work closely with HR, Finance, and Business Development on cross-functional requirements
