Job summary

Hariom Pipe Industries is seeking a seasoned security leader to manage plant security operations. You will supervise guards, control access, verify ID documents, monitor CCTV, and conduct patrols to prevent loss and ensure compliance.

The role requires 10–30 years in industrial security, with preferred ex-servicemen backgrounds, strong communication, leadership and reporting abilities, and willingness to work rotational shifts. Knowledge of emergency response and incident handling is essential.

Qualifications

• 10–30 years of experience in industrial/manufacturing/steel plant security.
• Ex-Servicemen / Army / CISF / Paramilitary background preferred.
• Knowledge of CCTV, access control, emergency response and incident investigation.
• Good communication, leadership and reporting skills.
• Physically fit and willing to work in rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall security operations and supervise security guards.
• Control entry/exit of employees, contractors, visitors and vehicles.
• Verify ID cards, gate passes and material movement documents.
• Monitor CCTV surveillance and conduct regular plant patrolling.
• Prevent theft, pilferage, unauthorized entry and material loss.
• Maintain security registers, visitor records, vehicle logs and incident reports.
• Handle security incidents, emergencies and support fire/emergency response.
• Coordinate with HR, Admin, Stores, Dispatch and Plant Operations.
• Liaise with local police and government authorities whenever required.
• Ensure proper deployment, discipline and attendance of security personnel.
• Conduct security checks, surprise inspections and support security audits.
• Prepare daily/weekly security reports for management.
