KPI

1. New parts development of Steel, Machining & Sintered application

• Risk Mitigation & Supplier consolidation.
• Cost Optimization through VAVE, Localization, alternate sourcing
• Cost estimation & negotiation
• Project review meeting participate to follow master Development plan
• Evaluating supplier Financial and capacity risk before supplier selection

KRA

1. RFQ study to supplier.

• Arrange supplier Quotation
• Technical specification agreement with Supplier & RQA
• Technical & Commercial Comparison
• Negotiation with SupplierVA/VE Work Shop at Supplier end
• Monitoring of NPD projects as per MDS and ensuring SPTT at supplier end
• Monitoring supplier & technical approval with JTEKT Japan interface
