Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute end-to-end SEO strategies for client websites.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and content gap analysis.
• Optimise meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs and internal linking.
• Perform technical SEO audits covering crawlability, indexation and Core Web Vitals.
• Work with content and development teams to implement SEO recommendations.
• Monitor rankings, traffic, impressions, CTR and conversions using GA4, GSC and SEO tools.
• Prepare monthly SEO reports with insights, observations and recommendations.
• Optimise website content for answer-based search and featured snippets.
• Create FAQ-led, conversational and intent-focused content structures.
• Identify opportunities to improve visibility for informational and long-tail queries.
• Optimise content for visibility across AI and generative search platforms.
• Improve brand/entity signals through structured content, clear topical authority and schema implementation.
• Recommend content formats that improve chances of being referenced by AI platforms.

We are looking for an experienced SEO, AEO and GEO Specialist with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in organic search, content optimisation, technical SEO, and AI-led search visibility. The candidate should have a strong understanding of how search engines and AI platforms discover, understand, and rank content.

The role requires someone who can manage SEO strategies, optimise websites for answer-based search, and improve brand visibility across Google Search, AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and other generative search platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute end-to-end SEO strategies for client websites.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and content gap analysis.
• Optimise meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal linking and on-page content.
• Perform technical SEO audits covering crawlability, indexation, canonical tags, schema, redirects, site speed and Core Web Vitals.
• Work with content and development teams to implement SEO recommendations.
• Monitor rankings, traffic, impressions, CTR and conversions using GA4, GSC and SEO tools.
• Prepare monthly SEO reports with insights, observations and recommendations.
• Optimise website content for answer-based search and featured snippets.
• Create FAQ-led, conversational and intent-focused content structures.
• Suggest structured data/schema recommendations such as FAQ, Breadcrumb, Organization, Product, Service and Article schema.
• Identify opportunities to improve visibility for informational and long-tail queries.
• Optimise content for visibility across AI and generative search platforms.
• Improve brand/entity signals through structured content, clear topical authority and schema implementation.
• Recommend content formats that improve chances of being referenced by AI platforms.
• Work on entity-based SEO strategies to strengthen brand authority and topical relevance.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in SEO, preferably with agency or multi-client exposure.
• Strong understanding of on-page SEO, technical SEO and content SEO.
• Knowledge of AEO, GEO, AI search, featured snippets and schema markup.
• Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog and keyword research tools.
• Good understanding of HTML basics, crawl reports, redirects, canonical tags and indexing issues.
• Ability to create SEO recommendations that are practical and implementation-friendly.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Good communication skills for coordinating with clients, content teams and developers.
• Experience working on programmatic SEO pages.
• Understanding of AI Overviews, ChatGPT visibility, Perplexity citations and entity optimisation.
