Job summary

Shizzy, an established digital marketing and software agency in Gurugram, is expanding into AI search optimisation (AEO/GEO) and seeks an SEO engineer to join our office-based team.

You will run technical, on-page and content SEO for client and in-house sites, optimize for AI responses, implement schema markup, and monitor results in GA4. 2–4 years of hands-on SEO experience is required. This role is based in Gurugram (Work from Office).

Qualifications

• 2–4 years hands-on SEO experience.
• Strong technical SEO including schema, speed, crawlability.
• Curiosity about how AI search works and willingness to test ideas.
• Proficient with GA4 and Google Search Console.

Responsibilities

• Run SEO for client and in-house websites: technical, on-page and content.
• Improve visibility in AI answers (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews).
• Add schema markup and structure pages for AI citation.
• Build brand mentions on AI learning platforms (Reddit, Quora, listings, reviews).
• Track AI referral traffic in GA4 and report results clearly.
