Qualifications

Job Summary

Responsible for driving the overarching organic search strategy to increase high-intent traffic, enhance search visibility, and directly contribute to the company's revenue pipeline. By balancing technical site health, intent-driven content creation, and international localization, this role ensures our global web presence captures and converts prospective buyers. The ideal candidate is a strategic, data-driven person who seamlessly translates complex search algorithms into actionable business growth while partnering effectively across marketing, web, and regional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute the global SEO strategy across corporate, product, solution, industry, resource, and regional websites to increase qualified organic traffic, search visibility, and pipeline contribution.
• Lead technical SEO audits and partner with the Web Manager, developers, and external agencies to resolve issues related to crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, redirects, canonicalization, internal linking, and site performance.
• Develop and execute backlink and authority-building strategies, including competitor backlink analysis, digital PR opportunities, outreach campaigns, and link acquisition initiatives.
• Conduct keyword research and build SEO content strategies for product pages, solution pages, blogs, comparison pages, glossary pages, and topic clusters in partnership with Product Marketing and Content teams.
• Support international SEO initiatives by optimizing localized websites through regional keyword research, hreflang implementation, metadata optimization, and localization best practices.
• Monitor SEO performance using Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, and other SEO platforms; translate insights into actionable recommendations and business impact.
• Collaborate closely with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Web Development, Analytics, Regional Marketing, and external agencies to align SEO initiatives with campaign goals and revenue objectives.
• Own SEO reporting across rankings, organic traffic, conversions, MQLs, pipeline influence, and competitive performance while providing regular updates and strategic recommendations to leadership

Skills & Experience Needed

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of progressive SEO experience in a B2B SaaS company, with demonstrated ownership of technical SEO and organic growth initiatives.
• Strong expertise in Technical SEO, including website audits, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, international SEO, and website migrations.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to translate SEO insights into measurable business outcomes.
