About the Opportunity
We are looking for a results-drivn SEO Specialist with 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in improving organic visibility, driving traffic, and optimizing content for search engines. The ideal candidate should be strong in on‑page, off‑page, and technical SEO with a proven track record of measurable growth.
Role & Responsibilities
- Use AI tools and prompt‑engineering to generate, refine, and A/B test SEO‑focused content and meta assets for career pages, blogs, and job listings.
- Perform keyword research and map intent‑driven opportunities to content and site architecture using SEO platforms.
- Run technical SEO audits (crawl, indexability, site speed, schema) and recommend prioritized fixes to engineering and content teams.
- Implement on‑page optimizations (titles, meta descriptions, heading structure, internal linking, schema markup) and validate changes in staging/production.
- Monitor organic performance with analytics and search‑console data; create concise weekly reports identifying wins and improvement areas.
- Collaborate with content creators and product teams to integrate SEO best practices into editorial workflows and deployment pipelines.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of proven experience in SEO.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Experience with SEO tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GA4, GSC, etc.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website structure.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Good to Have
- Experience in SaaS or product‑based companies.
- Knowledge of content strategy, keyword clustering, and programmatic SEO.
- Understanding of CRO and basic UI/UX principles.
