Job summary

Valcare Systems in India is seeking an experienced Senior SEO Specialist to lead search visibility across client websites. You will plan and execute comprehensive SEO strategies, conduct keyword research, and collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to drive organic growth.

The role covers technical SEO, on-page optimization, link-building, content optimization, and regular performance reporting using GSC, GA4, and Looker Studio. Bachelor’s degree required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
• Strong knowledge of Technical, On-Page, Off-Page, and Content SEO.
• Strong knowledge of keyword research, competitor analysis, backlink analysis, and SEO audits.
• Good understanding of Google Search algorithms and SEO best practices.
• Experience managing SEO for websites and delivering measurable organic growth.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple SEO activities/projects.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage SEO strategies for our websites.
• Keyword research, competitor analysis, search intent analysis, and SEO audits.
• Manage On-Page SEO, including meta titles, descriptions, headings, URLs, content optimization, internal linking, and image optimization.
• Handle Technical SEO, including website structure, crawling, indexing, XML sitemap, robots.txt, canonical tags, redirects, broken links, mobile optimization, page speed, and Core Web Vitals.
• Plan and execute Off-Page SEO and quality link-building strategies.
• Work with content teams to plan and optimize blogs, landing pages, and website content for search engines and users.
• Identify content gaps and opportunities to improve existing pages and create new SEO-focused content.
• Monitor Google algorithm updates and implement necessary SEO improvements.
• Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, impressions, CTR, leads, and conversions.
• Analyze performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other SEO tools.
• Prepare regular SEO performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
• Work closely with developers, content writers, designers, and marketing teams to implement SEO recommendations.
• Continuously identify new opportunities to improve website authority, organic visibility, and overall SEO performance.
