Codzio Consulting is seeking a data-driven SEO Specialist to lead organic growth across our ecommerce platforms. You will own the traffic strategy, technical site performance, and keyword ranking initiatives to scale our digital footprint.

Key Responsibilities

• Organic Growth Strategy: Plan, execute, and scale comprehensive SEO roadmaps focused on increasing high-intent organic traffic and improving conversion rates.
• Technical SEO Audits: Continuously monitor site health, crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, and mobile responsiveness. Work closely with our development team to resolve technical bottlenecks (experience with Shopify/WordPress/WooCommerce optimization is a strong plus).
• Keyword Research & Content Mapping: Conduct deep-dive keyword research, competitor gap analysis, and search intent mapping to guide content creation and product page optimization.
• On-Page & Off-Page Optimization: Optimize metadata, heading hierarchies, internal linking structures, and implement high-quality, ethical (white-hat) link-building campaigns.
• Analytics & Performance Tracking: Regularly track, analyze, and report on organic performance metrics using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and industry-standard rank-tracking tools. Deliver actionable monthly insights to leadership.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in Search Engine Optimization, with a clear portfolio of successful organic growth campaigns (e-commerce or B2B experience preferred).
• Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, HTML/CSS basics, site architecture, and performance optimization tools (GTmetrix, PageSpeed Insights, Screaming Frog).
• Analytical Mindset: Expert-level proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar).
• Content Acumen: Strong grasp of content optimization, search intent alignment, and modern on-page copywriting best practices.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
