Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on SEO experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or product-led businesses
• Proven ability to grow organic traffic, qualified leads, sign-ups, or revenue
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, keyword research, search intent, content strategy, and competitor analysis
• Working knowledge of AEO/GEO and AI-powered search, including structured content, entity optimization, Schema.org, and direct-answer experiences
• Experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and SEO/AEO reporting tools
• Experience working with CMS platforms; WordPress experience is a plus
• International exposure, multilingual content, or knowledge of multiple languages is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end SEO and AEO strategy for the website, focused on organic visibility, traffic, sign-ups, and revenue
• Identify and capture high-intent searches from our customer base and community
• Conduct keyword, search-intent, SERP, competitor, and content-gap research to identify scalable growth opportunities
• Build content strategies, topic clusters, and search-focused roadmaps aligned with business goals
• Optimize landing pages, product pages, blogs, and solution pages for rankings, CTR, conversions, and featured snippets
• Apply AEO/GEO best practices to improve content discoverability, structure, and entity understanding
• Run SEO/AEO experiments and use data to improve rankings, organic CTR, and conversions
• Collaborate with paid marketing teams to improve funnel performance

We're a growing B2B SaaS company looking for a hands-on SEO and AEO Analyst to own and execute our organic growth strategy. This role drives qualified traffic, product sign-ups, and revenue through a combination of SEO expertise, analytical thinking, experimentation, and strong execution — with genuine excitement about the evolving world of AI-powered search and answer engines.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end SEO and AEO strategy for our website, focused on organic visibility, qualified traffic, sign-ups, and revenue
• Identify and capture high-intent searches from our customer base and community
• Conduct keyword, search-intent, SERP, competitor, and content-gap research to identify scalable growth opportunities
• Build content strategies, topic clusters, and search-focused roadmaps aligned with business goals and customer journeys
• Optimize landing pages, product pages, blogs, and solution pages for rankings, CTR, conversions, featured snippets, and AI-powered search visibility
• Apply AEO/GEO best practices to improve content discoverability, structure, entity understanding, and visibility across emerging answer-engine experiences
• Run SEO/AEO experiments and use data to improve rankings, organic CTR, and conversions
• Analyze competitors, search trends, SERP features, and AI search experiences to identify opportunities
• Collaborate with paid marketing teams to improve funnel performance

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, technology, or product-led businesses
• Proven ability to grow organic traffic, qualified leads, product sign-ups, pipeline, or revenue
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, keyword research, search intent, content strategy, and competitor analysis
• Working knowledge of AEO/GEO and AI-powered search, including structured content, entity optimization, Schema.org, and direct-answer experiences
• Experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and SEO/AEO reporting tools
• Experience working with CMS platforms; WordPress experience is a plus
• International exposure, international SEO, multilingual content, or knowledge of multiple languages is a plus
