Job summary
Groupe SEGULA Technologies SA in India is seeking an automotive sealing systems design engineer to join the engineering team. You will design and develop sealing solutions for doors, windows, hoods, trunks, body and glass components, and create 3D models, 2D drawings and detailed specifications.
Responsibilities include design validation, tolerance analysis, DFMEA, GD&T, DFMA, and design reviews, coordinating with BIW, Closure, Plastic Trims, Glass and Manufacturing teams, supporting prototype

- Create 3D models, 2D drawings and detailed engineering specifications.
- Perform design validation, feasibility studies and tolerance analysis.
- Work on DFMEA, GD&T, DFM/DFA and design reviews.
- Coordinate with BIW, Closure, Plastic Trims, Glass and Manufacturing teams.
- Support prototype development, testing and production implementation.
- Analyze fitment, sealing performance, NVH and water-leakage-related issues.
- Manage engineering changes and design releases through PLM systems.
- Collaborate with suppliers and customers for technical issue resolution.
