Job summary

RoboMQ in Jaipur, India, seeks an experienced Test Lead to define QA strategy, lead the QA team, and ensure high product quality across Hire2Retire integrations.

You will collaborate with development, product, and business teams; own test plans; manage test coverage; mentor testers; and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in software testing/QA.
• 2+ years in a Test Lead or QA Lead role.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and QA best practices.
• Hands-on experience with manual and automation testing.
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr).
• Good understanding of automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement test strategy, test plans, and test processes
• Lead and mentor QA engineers/testers
• Review requirements and design documents for testability and quality
• Plan and execute manual and automated testing
• Review the test cases are written by the team member
• Ensure the tasks are equally assigned
• Ensure proper test coverage (functional, regression, integration, system, UAT)
• Ensure testing is aligned with release schedules and milestones
• Report test progress, risks, and quality metrics
• Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and tools
• Coordinate UAT and support production releases when required
• Involve in testing features too along with the above responsibilities.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Test Lead to manage and drive quality assurance activities across our products. The Test Lead will be responsible for defining test strategy, leading QA resources, ensuring high product quality, and collaborating closely with development, product, and business teams.
