Job summary

RoboMQ is seeking an experienced Test Lead to drive quality across our Hire2Retire platform and related products. You will define test strategy, lead QA resources, and collaborate with development, product, and business teams to ensure high-quality releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 6+ years of experience in software testing/QA.
• 2+ years in a Test Lead or QA Lead role.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and QA best practices.
• Hands-on experience with manual and automation testing.
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr).
• Good understanding of automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Test Lead to manage and drive quality assurance activities across our products.
