Job summary

Innoage seeks an experienced QA Leader to guide a team of QA engineers and testers in building and enforcing robust quality assurance practices. You will own test strategy, automation adoption, and cross-functional collaboration to drive product quality across releases.

The role emphasizes mentor leadership, performance-driven culture, and data-backed decision making to minimize defects and accelerate delivery in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• ISTQB or other testing certifications are desirable.
• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Cloud platforms knowledge (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Background in mobile application testing and microservices.

• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
