Job summary

M2P Fintech is seeking a Solution Engineer with strong iOS development experience to build scalable, high-performance mobile apps on iOS platforms. You will work in a fast-paced, agile team, delivering innovative solutions that have immediate business impact and take ownership of complex systems.

You will lead and collaborate with a cross-functional team, mentor peers, and contribute to best practices in development and design, ensuring quality and reliability across products.

Qualifications

BE/B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent.
Experience with Objective-C or Swift and Xcode.
Proficient with iOS frameworks: Core Data, Core Animation, GCD.
Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.
Familiar with RESTful APIs to connect iOS apps to back-end services.
Knowledge of UI/UX standards and Apple design guidelines.
Experience with MVC and MVVM architectures.
Experience with push notifications, social media integration, and analytics is a plus.
Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
Knowledge of low-level C-based libraries preferred.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specs.

About the Role

M2P Fintech is looking for Solution Engineer with strong experience in iOS development, to build scalable, performant mobile apps on iOS platforms, that are high-performance, highly available, highly transactional, low latency and massively distributed. As part of a cross functional team, you will be working in a fast-paced and agile work environment delivering quality and innovative solutions that have immediate business impact. You need to take the challenges and ownership that comes while developing a complex system. You should lead the team and also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility.

What You’ll Need to be Successful in this Role

B.E or B.Tech in Computer Science or any equivalent degree.
Experience with Objective-C or Swift, Apple's XCode IDE and Cocoa Touch
Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, Grand Central Dispatch etc.
Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services.
Knowledge of other web technologies and UI/UX standards.
Understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines.
Knowledge of low-level C-based libraries is preferred.
Experience with performance and memory tuning.
Hands-on experience in push notifications, social media integration, and integration of analytics is an added advantage.
Experience with third party libraries and APIs.
Working experience with MVVM and MVC.
Ability to solve problems with out of the box thought process.
A knack for benchmarking and optimization.
Familiarity with continuous integration.
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
