Job summary

M2P Fintech is seeking an SDE 1 for iOS mobile development in Chennai. You will design and build scalable iOS apps, implement polished UI animations, and ensure top performance and quality. You will maintain code, write tests, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver within deadlines.

The role emphasizes hands-on iOS framework work, RESTful integration, and strong problem-solving with ownership. 1–6 years of experience and a CS degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience with Objective-C or Swift, Apple's XCode IDE and Cocoa Touch.
• Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, Grand Central Dispatch etc.
• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services.
• Knowledge of other web technologies and UI/UX standards.
• Understanding of Apples design principles and interface guidelines.
• Knowledge of low-level C-based libraries is preferred.
• Experience with performance and memory tuning.
• Hands-on experience in push notifications, social media integration, and analytics integration is an added advantage.
• Experience with third party libraries and APIs.
• Working experience with MVVM and MVC.
• Ability to solve problems with out of the box thought process.
• Familiarity with continuous integration.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
