The Standard India is seeking a Scrum Master IV who will act as a servant leader, delivery champion, and catalyst for continuous improvement within our Agile product teams in support of the bentech integrations strategy.

In this role, you will drive delivery excellence by tracking team capacity, velocity, and flow metrics to improve predictability, identifying bottlenecks and non-value-added work, and guiding the team toward data-informed improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PSM I/II, or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator.

Job Summary

The Standard India is seeking a Scrum Master IV who will act as a servant leader, delivery champion, and catalyst for continuous improvement within our Agile product teams in support of the bentech integrations strategy. In this role, you will drive delivery excellence by tracking team capacity, velocity, and flow metrics to improve predictability, identifying bottlenecks and non‑value‑added work, and guiding the team toward data‑informed improvements. You will proactively manage dependencies and remove blockers such as ServiceNow requests, change approvals, and cross‑team constraints so engineers can stay focused on development. You will partner closely with Product Owners to ensure stories meet the Definition of Ready, maintain backlog clarity, and support prioritization and risk management. You will strengthen team culture by fostering trust, psychological safety, accountability, and transparent communication around blockers, risks, and delivery‑health. This role requires proactive leadership, strong communication, and the ability to make issues visible, along with an improvement mindset.

• Ability to work on‑site in Bengaluru, India is a requirement of the role. This role follows a hybrid work model, with a primary base in Bengaluru. While on‑site presence is essential for key engagements, flexibility is offered for remote work based on business needs and team alignment.

Skills And Background You’ll Need

Education: A bachelor's degree is required. Preferred Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PSM I/II, or equivalent.

Experience: Typically requires 5+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile team facilitator.

• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Agile principles, and practical, team‑focused application.
• Strong ability to adapt techniques based on team maturity and situation. Focus on multi‑team support and coaching.
• Familiar with and able to analyze flow metrics (velocity, throughput, cycle time, DORA, ROI) to guide improvements.
• Strong communication, proactive leadership, and comfort leading without formal authority.
• Ability to manage dependencies, navigate complex organizational structures, and drive impediment removal.
• Ability to foster trust, accountability, and continuous improvement across diverse teams.
• Experience using Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence, Miro or similar tools.
• Excellent facilitation and conflict resolution skills.
