Job summary

Accenture in Pune is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to enable effective agile delivery. You will coach and mentor the Scrum Team, facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives, and remove impediments to keep the team focused on delivering value.

The role requires extensive agile experience and collaboration with multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and metrics, while fostering continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Scrum roles.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum ceremonies and artifacts.
• Experience coaching and mentoring agile teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for Scrum and agile practices.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.

Project Role Description :Acts as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Coaches and mentors the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand. Facilitates scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Identifies and reports progress via appropriate metrics.

Summary:
