Job summary

Deloitte Shared Services India in Pune is seeking a Scrum Master to drive Agile and SAFe practices for development teams, facilitate ceremonies, and coach on continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with Product Owners and engineering teams to ensure timely delivery, remove impediments, manage dependencies, and support scaled agile initiatives, with a solid SDLC understanding and exposure to Azure, CI/CD, ETL, and data analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/engineering.
• Experience in SAFe environment and Agile/Scrum practices.
• Ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach teams.
• Understanding of SDLC and technical project delivery.
• Experience with Azure Cloud, CI/CD, ETL and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Drive Agile/Scrum practices for development teams in a SAFe environment.
• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Retrospectives, PI Planning and Inspect & Adapt sessions.
• Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices and continuous improvement.
• Work with Product Owners and engineering teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Identify and remove impediments, manage dependencies and risks.
• Support Agile transformation and scaled Agile delivery initiatives.
• Understand SDLC and technical project delivery.
• Basic scripting in Python, Shell or PowerShell for automation is preferred.
• Candidates with Software Development or DevOps background will be preferred.

• Candidates with prior Software Development or DevOps experience will be preferred.
