We partner with product and engineering teams to accelerate time-to-market through modern Agile practices and tooling.

Arohana Tech Solutions Private Limited is hiring a Scrum Master to join our India-based engineering organization. This is a hybrid role based in India that will support cross-functional Agile teams and drive delivery excellence across sprint cycles.

Role & Responsibilities

• Act as servant leader and coach for one or more Agile teams—facilitate sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure disciplined execution.
• Partner with Product Owners to maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog and support effective sprint goal definition and refinement.
• Identify and remove impediments, elevate risks, and coordinate dependencies across teams to keep delivery on track.
• Drive continuous improvement by tracking Agile metrics (velocity, cycle time, team health) and implementing action plans to boost predictability and quality.
• Promote Agile best practices and adoption of tools (Jira, Confluence) and ceremonies across engineering and stakeholder groups.
• Support cross‑team and cross‑organization collaboration during PI planning, release planning, and platform integrations.

Skills & Qualifications

Must‑Have

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) certification.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in software development environments, supporting Agile teams and delivering iterative software releases.
• Hands‑on experience using Jira for sprint tracking and Confluence for documentation and knowledge sharing.
• Strong facilitation skills with experience running sprint ceremonies, backlog refinement, and cross‑functional workshops.
• Track record of removing impediments, managing risks, and coordinating dependencies across multiple teams.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid model and collaborating with remote stakeholders across time zones.

Preferred

• Experience with Agile scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS) or working in large‑scale Agile programs.
• Advanced certifications such as PSM II or SAFe Agilist.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Miro, or other collaboration/CI tooling used in modern delivery pipelines.
