Job summary

Alignity Solutions is hiring a Scrum Master to enable agile delivery across our product and technology teams in Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune or Chennai. This hybrid, full-time contract-to-hire role demands a hands-on facilitator who can help teams deliver high-quality software predictably.

The successful candidate will coach teams and stakeholders, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement as part of a dynamic IT solutions partner.

Qualifications

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure smooth delivery.
• Coach teams and Product Owners on Scrum principles.
• Identify and remove delivery impediments to improve velocity.
• Foster continuous improvement within teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach Scrum teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles and Scrum practices.
• Track sprint progress, delivery risks, dependencies, and impediments.
• Remove blockers by coordinating with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
• Promote self-organization, accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
• Support Product Owners with backlog refinement, prioritization, and readiness.
• Monitor Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, cycle time, throughput, and release progress.
• Identify delivery risks and escalate issues appropriately.
• Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, QA, design, and operations.
• Help teams improve estimation, planning, quality, and predictability.
• Support Agile transformation initiatives and contribute to the adoption of consistent delivery practices.
