Job summary

A technology company in Mumbai is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join their Agile teams. The role requires a minimum of 4 years' experience, strong facilitation and communication skills, and a customer-focused approach. You will be responsible for enabling squads to deliver features predictably, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and collaborating closely with Product Managers. This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility in work location.

• Ensure clear communication between squads and stakeholders.
