Summary: As a Scrum Master, you will act as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. You will work closely with team members to identify and remove any barriers that may hinder progress, while also tracking and reporting on the team's performance through appropriate metrics. Your role is crucial in fostering a collaborative environment that promotes continuous improvement and successful project delivery.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks.
• Experience in coaching teams to adopt Agile practices effectively.
• Ability to facilitate meetings and discussions to drive team engagement and collaboration.
